Consideration of a pension of R30m, to someone who is innocent until proven guilty.

MINISTER OF PUBLIC ENTERPRICES LYNNE BROWN REITERATED AS SHE DEFENDED MOLEFE'S REINSTATEMENT AS ESKOM CEO.

The minister stands firm in defending Molefe who is being investigated of crime. She believes that he is innocent until proven guilty. The question is why would she believe in him this much. The behaviour of Brown simple suggests that she is in one side with the suspect or she is working with him. But that might be a result of her being mentioned in the State of Capture report.

At first she declined the payment of R30m. as pension to Molefe but all of a sudden she says there is no other solution than paying the R30m. How can they consider this much money be given to a single person. Not just a person but someone who is not proven innocent nor guilty. They even want him back to work but he is still being investigated.

There are people out there who need this job rather than a person who is involved in fraud events. I think he should be suspended until proven innocent than working until proven guilty.

    South Africa let the man be.
    Bigger crimes have been committed by people in higher places and I have learnt that the law is not as useful as it once was.

    I don't believe in the worda this lady says. A person is not guilty till proven. The fact that they suspect him to be guilty of such a crime it means that the actually did it. He must be dealt with according to the law

    If you think about it there's so much money in south Africa, a person paid 30m for pension yet there are people out there who can't even afford to buy bread.Such a huge income inequality and wealth distribution.😩

    So much would have been done with this money!!!
    I think the Molefe should first be proven innocent or guilty before being given the money and going back to his position.
