WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MEN, ARE THEY TAKEN OVER BY SATANISM?
A man has been sentenced to 20 years in jail for raping a three year old with a live snake. Regional Magistrate Jan Greyvenstein said he had presided over almost 2 000 sexual crimes cases but this was a first. ''What goes on in a person's mind to do something like this is something I can not understand. This kind of offence is something to no sensible person could justify''.
The court heard how Martin Jozana 27, on 31 October took the snake to Bloemfontein house where the little girl had been left by her mother. Jozana tried to sell the snake to the people of the house and later took the toddler into the corner where they were out of sight and violated her with it.
The little girl's brother later went to fetch her. At home the girl's mother saw blood on her crying daughter and the girl pointed out Jozana. This is a tragedy is very different and I feel the 20 years is not worth what he has done to this girl.

He deserves to die. How can he do something like this to a child ,a 3 year old baby.i don't care whether he was mentally stable or not but he deserves to die.
ReplyDeleteBring back the times where the death sentence was allowed in South Africa. This man, after all that he has done, is to live life, eat food and wear clean clothes in a prison cell, you will hear later that he has been released and they will give ridiculous explanations. No child ever deserves to suffer such tragedy, how is she to live after being raped with a live snake, I fear snakes, old as I am, what about a three year old?
